All Children's services will resume in September. |
Come and celebrate end-of-term at our special ice cream kiddush, on Shabbat 17th July.
Ø The Squads start at 10:40. They are separate to the Children's Service and are aimed at giving the older girls and boys some of the "trades" of participating in Shul. The girls will explore the week's sedra in greater depth and learn to deliver a thought provoking Dvar Torah. The boys will be divided into two groups; to learn to Lein or to learn to do the Anim Zemirot.
Ø All services aim for your child to feel happy and confident in Shul and give them age appropriate familiarity with Shabbat and Festivals and their prayers. Every service will lead the children back into Shul for the final songs and prayers of the Shabbat / Festival morning and onto the Shul's Kiddush.
Ø MHS children's services are inclusive for everyone who wants to attend. They embrace the Golden Rules for appropriate behaviour and foster mutual respect for everyone involved.
Ø If you have any feedback on the services or you would like to volunteer to take any of the services or you can be the Parent Helper in the Children's Service, please contact Malki Robinson at malkirobinson@chltns.com.
