We had a fantastic start to the New Year with a talk by Naomi Games about her father Abram Games. Record numbers attended!
For our next talk,unfortunately our scheduled speaker, Bobbie Jacobson, has had to postpone for personal reasons.
We are very grateful to Rabbi Michael who has brought forward his talk scheduled to take place in March. Here are the details:-

“Jewish Life on Campus”
Rabbi Michael Rosenfeld serves as the Rabbi of Muswell Hill Synagogue, where he is dedicated to fostering a vibrant and inclusive Jewish community. Before his appointment at Muswell Hill, Rabbi Michael served as the Jewish Chaplain for Oxford and Oxford Brookes Universities, providing spiritual guidance to students. He also led Kingston & Surbiton United Synagogue, where he developed dynamic programs that engaged members across all ages.
Originally from the United States, he earned his degree from the University of Wisconsin, in History, Hebrew, and Jewish Studies. He received his semicha (rabbinic ordination) from Yeshivat Hamivtar in Israel. Additionally, he holds a MSc in Organisational Psychology, with a thesis exploring how young professionals navigate their Jewish identity in the workplace.
Together with his wife, Tracey Rabbi Michael, spearhead innovative educational initiatives and community programs, enriching Jewish life in Muswell Hill. They are committed to creating opportunities for personal growth, meaningful engagement, and deeper connections to Jewish tradition for all members of their diverse congregation.
